Blast to the Eighties for the Future of ADA

The 80s cover band, Rubix Cube and Ashley Gramins returned to Brick Presbyterian Church, 1140 Park Avenue for an epic evening on May 17th from 6:30 to 10 pm to raise money for the children of African Dream Academy. Guests dressed in eighties attire for a really fun night of dancing, dinner and drinks.

The MC for the evening was CBS News Anchor, Maurice Du Bois and Allison Chase helped with the dream wall. After the moving film by Ian McAlpin, featured on the Home Page, Samuel Enders, founder and CEO of African Dream Academy won people’s hearts and Maurice and Allison conducted a four-item live auction.

The ADA Foundation expresses its special thanks to the 2018 Benefit Chairs, Natasha Bergreen, Susan Frehse, Alexis Moses and Whitney Schwartz and their committee for a very successful benefit.
